Key and Stone Property shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or shortfall arising from the Landlord’s decision to manage SA Water payments independently. This includes, but is not limited to circumstances where the Landlord fails to provide the Agency with a copy of the SA Water invoice within 28 days from the date of issue, resulting in the inability to recover the tenant’s portion of the associated costs. The responsibility for ensuring compliance with such requirements remain solely with the Landlord.
