These Terms and Conditions apply only to the promotional period stated below and do not carry over to any previous or future promotions conducted by the Promoter.

Eligible Entrants
Entry is only open to Australian residents who are 18 years old and over. Prize and promotional offers are valid for residential property owners located within the nominated suburbs only.
Entrants must not be directors, officers, management members or employees (and the immediate family members of directors, officers, management members or employees) of the Promoter or any of its associated companies, or otherwise involved in the conduct or management of the Promotion.
How to Enter
To enter the promotion, entrants must complete the following steps during the promotional period:
Receive a promotional scratch card
Scratch the designated panel on the scratch card to reveal the result
If the scratch card reveals a winning message, follow the instructions on the scratch card to claim the prize
Winning Scratch Cards: The winning prize is one (1) bottle of Hewitson Cask 66 Barossa Valley Shiraz. The winning scratch card will clearly display a message indicating that the prize has been won, along with instructions on how to claim the prize. The prize is not transferrable or redeemable for cash.
Winning Scratch Card Message: Congratulations! You’ve won a bottle of Hewitson Cask 66 Barossa Valley Shiraz valued at $450 RRP.
Non-winning Scratch Cards: All other scratch card outcomes are non-monetary and promotional in nature. Non-winning scratch cards will display one (1) of the below promotional messages.

Proof of Winning Entry
The entrant must retain the original winning scratch card. This must be presented at the time of claiming prize. Copies, screenshots or photos will not be accepted. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the authenticity of all winning scratch cards.
Entries Permitted
Each scratch card constitutes one (1) entry. A limit of one (1) scratch card is permitted per household in the nominated suburbs only.
Only one (1) prize can be claimed per household.
Prize
Major Prize: One (1) bottle of Hewitson Cask 66 Barossa Valley Shiraz.
Number of Prizes to be Won: Two (2) prizes in total to be won. Each prize consists of one (1) bottle of Hewitson Cask 66 Barossa Valley Shiraz.
Value (per prize): AUD $450 RRP as at 14/10/2025.
How Prizes Are Awarded
Prizes are awarded via pre-determined winning scratch cards. Each winning scratch card is randomly inserted into the print run and distributed during the Promotional Period. Participants who reveal a winning message are eligible to claim a prize, subject to verification in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
Scratch cards may be distributed by third-party contractors on behalf of the Promoter. The Promoter has taken reasonable steps to ensure distribution occurs in accordance with these Terms and Conditions but accepts no responsibility for any failure by a third party to distribute materials as intended. The Promoter does not guarantee that all eligible households will receive a scratch card.
Prize Conditions
Each prize consists of one (1) bottle of Hewitson Cask 66 Barossa Valley Shiraz valued at $450 RRP as at 14/10/2025. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if required.
Winners are responsible for ensuring they are legally permitted to accept and receive alcohol in their State or Territory.
Notification of Winners
Winners will be notified instantly upon scratching a winning scratch card. The winning scratch card will include instructions on how to claim the prize.

Claiming Prizes
Winners must claim their prize within 30 days of the end of the Promotional Period. Winners must contact the Promoter using the details provided on the winning scratch card. Prizes will be arranged within 30 days of successful verification.
Publication of Winners
The last name, initial of the first name and postcode of each winner will be published on the Promoter’s website within 30 days of prize claim and will remain published for a minimum of 30 days.
Unclaimed Prizes
Any prize not claimed within the specified timeframe will be forfeited. No replacement, redraw or compensation will be provided. The Promoter is not required to award any unclaimed prizes or distribute additional winning scratch cards in lieu of unclaimed prizes.
Cancellation
If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.
Privacy
By entering this Promotion, entrants consent to the Promoter using their personal information for the purposes of administering the Promotion, verifying entries, awarding prizes and contacting winners, in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy available at: https://www.keyandstone.com.au/privacy-policy
Complaints and Disputes
Any complaints regarding the Promotion may be submitted by email to hello@keyandstone.com.au. The Promoter will use reasonable efforts to respond to complaints in a timely manner. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter’s decision in relation to any dispute is final and no further correspondence will be entered into.
