With a Bachelor of Construction Management and Economics (Honours) and a Diploma in Property Services (Agency Management), Luke brings a comprehensive skill set built from technical knowledge and hands-on industry experience. His passion for facilities and asset management naturally led him into real estate, where he now oversees the operational performance of Key and Stone Property and works directly with our clients to maximise the value of their properties.

Thriving in dynamic environments, Luke enjoys the variety that comes with working across all areas of the business. His involvement spans property sales, leasing and management, with particular expertise in commercial property.

Known for his refreshingly genuine approach and natural care for people, Luke brings a grounded leadership style and strong interpersonal skills to his role as Business Manager. He anticipates challenges before they arise and guides both clients and colleagues with confidence, ensuring everyone feels supported every step of the way.

When he’s not at work, Luke enjoys exploring local wine regions, watching Formula 1 and spending time with his young family.

With six years of experience in the real estate industry and a Certificate IV in Property Services, Renee brings a strong foundation of knowledge and expertise to her role at Key and Stone Property. Her background in trust accounting and financial management, combined with her experience in sales, contract administration and property management, enables her to support clients confidently throughout every stage of their property journey.

Highly organised and detail-focused, Renee plays an important role in supporting the smooth operation of the business. She manages complex administrative and financial processes with care and efficiency, ensuring accuracy, consistency and well-managed outcomes.

Known for her calm confidence, clear communication and approachable nature, Renee values strong working relationships and takes pride in delivering a consistently high standard of service through care and attention to detail.

On her days off, you’ll find Renee embracing an outdoor lifestyle, walking her dog Billy and spending quality time with her family and friends.

Sarah brings a fresh, strategic and creative approach to her role as Marketing and Communications Manager at Key and Stone Property. With a Bachelor of Marketing and Communication and experience across diverse industries, she plays an integral role in shaping the brand and enhancing the overall client experience.

Passionate about uncovering the unique story behind every property, Sarah draws on her diverse skillset and a keen eye for detail to translate ideas into engaging marketing campaigns. She oversees Key and Stone Property’s branding, design, digital marketing and client communications, while also playing a key role in promoting our short stay portfolio.

Known for her friendly approach, energy and creativity, Sarah brings positive momentum to the team and is valued for the way she connects with those around her. Her collaborative nature and enthusiasm contribute to a cohesive team environment and help create smooth, elevated experiences for both colleagues and clients alike.
