His passion for property, combined with a practical, solutions-focused mindset, has seen him develop broad experience across property sales, leasing and management, with particular expertise in commercial property.

As Business Manager at Key and Stone Property, Luke works closely with clients to help maximise the performance and long-term value of their properties. Known for his calm approach, strong communication and ability to build genuine relationships, he brings confidence and steady leadership to every interaction.

Holding a Bachelor of Construction Management and Economics (Honours) and a Diploma in Property Services (Agency Management), Luke combines technical knowledge with hands-on industry experience to deliver informed guidance and well-rounded support across all areas of the business.

Outside of work, Luke enjoys exploring local wine regions, watching Formula 1 and spending time with his young family.

Renee’s experience spans trust accounting, financial management, sales administration and property management, bringing a well-rounded understanding of the industry and a calm, solutions-focused approach to her role. Her attention to detail and ability to manage complex processes with care and efficiency make her a valued support to both clients and colleagues alike.

Holding a Certificate IV in Property Services and backed by six years of industry experience, Renee combines practical knowledge with a genuine commitment to delivering a high standard of service in every interaction.

On her days off, you’ll find Renee out and about, walking her dog Billy and spending quality time with her family and friends.

Creative, strategic and highly detail-oriented, Sarah brings fresh energy and thoughtful direction to her role as Marketing and Communications Manager at Key and Stone Property. Passionate about uncovering the unique story behind every property, she creates marketing campaigns that feel considered, engaging and true to the Key and Stone Property brand.

With a Bachelor of Marketing and Communication and diverse experience across a range of industries, Sarah oversees Key and Stone Property’s branding, design, digital marketing and client communications, while also playing a key role in promoting Key and Stone Property’s short stay portfolio.

Sarah is valued for her collaborative nature, positive mindset and ability to connect with those around her. Her enthusiasm and creative approach contribute to a cohesive team environment and help create seamless experiences for both colleagues and clients alike.

On the weekends, you’ll find Sarah catching up with friends over coffee, walking her dog Snoopy and spending time renovating her home.

Greg is a seasoned real estate professional with thousands of successful property sales behind him. Having previously owned and operated Sharp Real Estate in Mawson Lakes, he brings confidence, experience and a steady approach to every campaign, with a strong focus on building long-term client relationships and delivering positive outcomes.

Holding a Diploma of Property (Agency Management) and a Diploma of Small Business Management, Greg combines extensive industry knowledge with practical expertise. Alongside his experience as a Licensed Land Sales Representative and former business owner, he provides clients with honest advice, clear communication and trusted guidance throughout every stage of the sales process.

Known for his approachable nature and calm professionalism, Greg values authentic relationships and consistent follow-through, making him a valued part of the Key and Stone Property team.

Outside of work, Greg enjoys spending time with family, unwinding on his houseboat and making the most of life by the river.
